My Yoga Baby

A range of classes designed to help you and your children to experience the benefits of yoga. Help to strengthen and tone your body during pregnancy in a range of yoga poses designed to support you and your baby and prepare the body for labour. Come along to child birth preparation classes where you and your partner can develop effective natural pain relief techniques. Or maybe take the chance to catch up with old friends and meet new ones at baby yoga, where we have fun with music, massage and movement and at the same time start to repair the newly post-natal body.

All classes are led by a fully qualified yoga teacher with additional qualifications in: yoga for pregnancy, baby yoga and Natal Hypnotherapy™. Classes are taught at either Cheadle Hulme Methodist Church or Paprika Coffee Shop in Cheadle Hulme which are ideally situated for Wilmslow, Poynton, Bramhall, Cheadle Hulme, Hazel Grove, Davenport and Stockport.
